Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling:
- Provide detailed information about courses, admission processes, and career opportunities to prospective students and their families.
- Guide students in selecting the right educational program based on their interests and academic background.
- Follow-ups and Coordination:
- Maintain regular communication with students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Assist with the application process, including documentation, deadlines, and visa requirements if applicable.
- Seminar and Presentation:
- Plan and organize seminars, webinars, and workshops for students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Deliver engaging presentations to promote CareerMarg’s services.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update student databases and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions and service delivery.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Graduation in any discipline. (A degree in counseling, management, or related fields is preferred.)
- Experience: 1- 2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or related roles. Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver impactful seminars and presentations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, approachable, and patient with students and parents.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
