About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and content creation to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to enhance digital presence.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty.
  • Track ROI and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
